“I received my new Bookcase, with defects. Send an email back to Top Furniture - Customer Services. They offered me partial refund of £40.00, which I emailed them back saying I wouldn't accept this partial refund of £40.00. I also, told them I want a New bookcase to replace the defected one that I have received. I am awaiting for a response back from them as of 09/09/2026.”

“This is the eight item I have now bought from Tops Furniture and they have never disappointed, everyone that has been to my home has always remarked on how lovely it is. It was refreshingly nice to receive a telephone call and speak to an actual person to say when my delivery would be and when my item arrived the delivery crew couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.”
