“Item arrived yesterday, very pleased with the two lovely delivery drivers that delivered our item. That I rang the customer service this morning to pass on our thanks to them . Very professional and they took care with our purchase and when entering our home . Cupboard is lovely and just what we wanted. We liked it so much that we have placed another order for two of the same items. A few issues with lack of customer service input , I had to keep ring to chase what was happening prior to the arranged delivery. Wasn’t made aware when my item had come into stock and there wasn’t much follow up at all from Tops furniture however all in all happy with the service. Once product had come in to stock. One of the delivery men did call prior to delivery whilst on route. All I would advise is that Tops furniture contact customers with an update on purchases that aren’t in stock on ordering - as this area lacks follow up and the customers don’t know what’s happening Unable to add a photograph at this time due to camera issues with adding 1st purchase”
