“We are repeat customers over the last few years. So far we have had 2 bedside tables, dressing table, extra large chest of drawers all in Toulouse white. Extendable cross leg oak dining table and cross leg oak bench. No issues or problems - still looking good. We took delivery of this wardrobe and a shoe storage cabinet 4 days ago. We also took delivery through Royal Mail of loose matching cabinet knobs to replace fitted furniture knobs so all will match. The recent delivery guys were great and respectful of our property. Furniture was very well packaged as usual. The wardrobe came in several pieces and had to be put together. Paintwork isn’t the best and there are numerous areas where it has been skimped on or where too much paint has been left to dry in blobs. This is not good but we have accepted it. The shoe storage has been planed or not enough in places, which makes the front surface undulating - this is not good as will be seen by visitors in the hallway. We were in discussion with customer services to exchange - we are hoping this is done quickly as it is stood in our sitting room taking up precious space. We were initially offered a refund in part but that has been subsequently withdrawn due to them not being able to open my photos. Disappointed with Top Furniture and don’t know if changed hands or manufacturers.”
