“Happy with the wardrobe; as image and description. Delivery team would not take upstairs to bedroom, so it was left in our hallway. Was not completely assembled as stated and required some putting together. All Toulouse items were well packaged, but the amount of polystyrene and cardboard we now have to dispose of is an issue.”

“Item was delivered damaged and had to be returned but with the fact I wasn't told and they left was so annoyed two weeks having to wait for a collection and the item was then out of stock. This company don't care who they employ to deliver which is a shame. So will not re order”

“Masses of packaging to keep it undamaged, first delivery of furniture excellent delivery people polite helpful took items to room. Delivery of second item wardrobe in separate packs men tired late delivery didnt take to room. Overall the furniture is very presentable.”

“I am absolutely delighted with all the purchases made from this company. From start to finish they were helpful,( I amended my order). Delivery was excellent by Scott and Scott. The quality is great. This was the only piece that wasn't ready assembled. The bottom drawer section was assembled, we just needed to attach the wardrobe walls and put the top on .The door section was assembled as was the top section. Everything fitted together easily in the pre done holes and nothing was missing. Nice surprise was the metal hanging bar not a wood one which I feel is a far better option. Once again non scratch pads on the furniture which is welcomed when fixing large items together before moving into position.”
