“Along with the 2 drawer bedside tables amazing quality and looks really good in the bedroom. However the delivery people would not discus taking any item up to the bedroom, despite the website stating that the delivery people would assess the situation and if possible would take it to the room. They just said that they don't take it to the room and just left it in the hall and went. As its only my wife and I we could not get the large chest drawers upstairs so not at all happy. HOWEVER, when I phoned the company, they got a manager to look into the situation and within a few hours he phoned me back, full of apologies stating that this fell short of there standards, and arranged for them to come back and take it upstairs although it was a few days later. To me that is great customer service even after the initial disappointment so am now a very happy customer and would certainly buy from them again and recommend them to family etc.”

“it came on time and was perfectly wrapped. the delivery drivers were so helpful and friendly. I was really concerned that the items might be damaged when I unboxed them, but everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted”
