“Lovely, well built piece of furniture. Solid and sturdy and looks v expensive once in place. Website was easy to navigate and I was happy to purchase this in the sale with an extra discount also! I think this is worth it's full price. Great customer services communication and the delivery guys were prompt, friendly and professional. 5 stars from us, thank you!”

“From the moment i ordered our TV unit with top furniture the customer service of a high class you dont get much these days. I can not credit your delivery guys Rob & Cai highly enough. Text message the night before saying what tike they would be with us, and was there bang on time the morning of delivery. If there is a way of giving these guys a reward within your company means then please reward them with it. Highly recommend Top Furniture and there "Top" Team. Thanks Again Jordan”

“I was a bit sceptical about ordering furniture online without seeing it but couldn't find anything I liked as much as the Toulouse TV unit. I ordered it on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday. I am over the moon with it. It looks exactly as the photos online. Very well made too. I'm going to order coffee table and 2 table best of tables too to match. Love love love it x”

“Top Furniture should be a best practice model for other companies to learn from. Their customer service is spot on, excellent communication from Emma throughout. They held my furniture for over 6 months at my request due to works being done in my home. Delivery guys Matty and Simon were super friendly, respectful and placed furniture in the room I wanted. Delivery time was spot on. The TV unit and small coffee table is beautiful and transforms my living room. A very happy customer who will be buying again from Top Furniture. Keep up the excellent good work, your staff are an asset to your company.”
