“My wife and I wanted a good quality oak table for our seaside apartment and are delighted with the Lichfield Narrow Flip Top table we have purchased from Top Furniture. The quality is exceptional and the flip top works really easily, so we can tuck the table away in the corner of our lounge and only need to open it out fully when we have guests .”

This table, having compared with others, is truly unbelievable for the price. This is high end furniture. “I had been looking for a table for some time, an having no luck finding the one I wanted. The tables I did find were great, but not quite what I was looking for. I was about to commit to something that was not really what I wanted when I decided to have one last lucky throw of the search engine gamble with a slew of hopeless search terms. The very first site that came up had exactly what I wanted: A discreet solid hardwood table that open up into a proper dining table. Really, considering the quality of build and finish, I would have happily paid double the price. I'm so glad I had just one more search, as I might have ended up with a table that would have forever had that just not-quite-rightness about it. Absolutely lovely table.”

“This table is almost fantastic. The size is just perfect for me having moved from a house with a separate dining room to a flat without. It looks very attractive as a console table and will fold out to a good sized dining table on the rare occasions. So why do I say 'almost'? Because of the finish. I have several pieces of modern oak furniture that I have bought from different suppliers. They all have a very smooth, silky, satin, varnished finish. This table does not. It's smooth but certainly not silky. It appears to have an oiled finish rather like outdoor furniture. So in that respect it is disappointing. Apart from that the whole transaction has been excellent from start to finish. Good communication from all concerned, thank you.”
