“No instructions came with this. I think if you're going to have a self-assembly element to your furniture then you should include a sheet on how to put it together. If it falls apart then I will consider you responsible.”

Apologise for this. We have raised this with our wardrobe factory for them to take urgent extra steps to prevent this from happening in the future. All wardrobes should arrive with assembly instructions within the boxes. This looks like an isolated case where they didn't get placed inside the box unfortunately as we never had this problem in the past but it shouldn't have happened which we are sorry for. Our customer service team will be happy to email you a copy of the assembly instruction if you still require a copy. Kind regards Dave

“Very sturdy wardrobe and nice finish however the holes for the door knobs don’t line up leaving the knobs looking uneven. The wardrobe also comes in two parts and the top half of the wardrobe is actually a slightly different colour to the top half not really noticeable but not great.”

“I purchased the Toulouse bedroom furniture in grey; wardrobe, two bedside units, and two drawer units. The furniture was definitely worth waiting for, the build is quality made and a fabulous smooth finish to all surfaces. The delivery team were brilliant and careful in all respects. The items apart from the wardrobe are all prebuilt and substantially packaged for protection. I was unfortunate to experience a minor issue but the quality of a company is the customer service. Top Furniture is excellent in all respects of service and dealt with the issue professionally and speedily. I will have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again. Well done and thank you.
