“I am very disappointed with the delivery service from Top Furniture. Before delivery, I clearly informed the company that my home is on the first floor with 15 stairs and no lift. I received no reply or warning that this could be a problem. However, on the delivery day, the two delivery men refused to carry the bed upstairs, saying the staircase was too narrow, and simply left the bed outside. This caused a huge inconvenience, as only one lady was at home and it was impossible for her to move the bed upstairs alone. The bed was left blocking the doorway and even obstructed my neighbours’ entrance until other family members returned home. If the company was not able to provide upstairs delivery, they should have informed me in advance. This service was unacceptable and very unprofessional.”

“Excellent quality furniture. Bed base very simple to build. Customer services very knowledgeable and were helpful when I had couple queries prior to ordering. Knowing colour of wood sample was a near match to paint shade was very helpful in picking room colour prior to furniture being delivered. Perfect match!”
