“Disappointed boxes look like they were stood on, or maybe someone just loaded a bunch of heavy objects on top of the mirrors-- who knows?! ✍ Wrote to customer care same day logging that the mirrors had scrapes, dings in the woods and the boxes had clearly not been 'handled with care' as one would expect with multiple, rather large 'fragile' stickers all over the boxes.... Still not heard anything back yet, but credit where credit is due, had the mirrors not been impeccably wrapped, I'm sure they would have never made it to me in 1 piece for the way they were treated in transit. Beautiful solid wood mirrors, with a very high quality finish, and a very crisp, clear mirror-- these are substantial mirrors, with good weight on them, so will worth the money even if not discounted. Benefit of the doubt regarding communication here but, they did deliver on good Friday, so maybe no one was in to respond to my email... Crossed for a reply after the Monday bank holiday--”
