“From ordering to delivery, the process was rapid and simple. I ordered mid December and was warned that delivery might not happen before xmas. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call within a few days to arrange delivery the following week. Seven days from ordering to delivery! I had contact within a couple of days to arrange a date and then a call on the day about half an hour out to confirm we were in. Two friendly guys ( I believe in-house) off loaded and gave me some advice about storage if we weren't opening them straight away. The units are as good as they look in the adverts. My guarded cynacism was unfounded. I was particularly impressed by the level of protection from the packaging, corner protection and the wrapping and boxing. If you send any stuff out yourself, you'll have enough packing material for life! The paint finish is flawless. Across seven units, I couldn't find one blemish. My only reservation would be how well the finish stands up to time and wear and tear. Right now, I couldn't be happier. My initial reservations about ordering something from a Facebook flyer have been unfounded. We look forward to many years of happy usage!”

“Received my Black Toulouse sideboard this morning, LOVE IT. I think it looks more expensive than it was ( in my opinion) it fits into the space I wanted it to do over the moon.Simon&Andy we’re my delivery methey were nice guys friendly &Polite. Thanks Top Furniture.”
