“We have previously bought a piece of bedroom furniture from Top Furniture which we were very happy with, so when we needed a new bed we felt we would check out what they had to offer. We found what we thought would suit us and we compared it to other beds in local shops. We came back to Top Furniture as it looked good quality and excellent value. Once ordered the bed was delivered in 2 weeks by helpful and friendly delivery drivers. The bed was well packaged and once opened it was in immaculate condition. We were not looking forward to putting the bed together, but I am pleased to say it was easy to put together and took a lot less time than imagined, even my Wife didn’t get cross! From our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Top Furniture for anyone looking for good quality and good value furniture.”

“Happy with the beds & the quality but the delivery service was poor. These are very large heavy boxes,so for a delivery driver to refuse to help get the boxes to a safe area was poor. He left me with 2 beds (4 boxes) blocking a communal door & fire exit. The hallway is very narrow so struggled to unpack & carry up 2 flights of stairs. Poor service for the money spent in my opinion”

Thank you for your feedback, although we do our very best to assist our customers by delivering their items to a downstairs room of their choice, and if time is permitted and it is safe to do so, to some upstairs rooms, in restricted parking areas it is difficult to fulfil their request if it means having to park illegally. “Unfortunately, my house purchase has been pushed back so I'm unable to unpack the bed yet. But I can say that it's very heavy! I'm looking forward to unpacking it. That said, when I ordered it, I did then email Tops to find out about delivery as nothing came through advising me. I received an email explaining it would take up to 15 days, but the courier would contact me when they received it, to arrange a day/time for delivery. This didn't happen, so I came home to find my bed had been unceremoniously dumped outside the front door. Where it had to stay overnight until I could find someone to help me move it. Not great at all! My star rating isn't indicative of the bed but the delivery and lack of communication from anyone. As explained, I havnt unpacked the bed yet.”

Good Evening, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery service provided. We pride ourselves on our delivery service and it is normal practice to book in all deliveries 1 week before delivery. I have checked out the paperwork and call log for your order and can see that delivery was confirmed via telephone on 11/06/25 to take place between 7am and 10am on 18/06 which duly happened. Unfortunately on arrival to the property nobody was home or contactable and as such our delivery team took the decision to leave the item outside the property. Apologies if this was the wrong decision but in such situations it is difficult to know what to do for the best. Once again apologies that you were unhappy with the service received on this occasion.
