“The wardrobe looked nice when it arrived. However, on unpacking it we discovered that there were no instructions supplied on how to assemble the top half. There was a pack of screws and plates supplied inside one of the boxes. However, on assembly we discovered that the screws we were given were too long, therefore they have now damaged all of the paintwork along the front of the wardrobe. We are still unsure as to the purpose of several plates supplied with the pack as there is no obvious place to fit them. Overall, we are extremely disappointed. We feel the wardrobe had potential to look lovely. However, due to the lack of instructions and wrong equipment given, it now has damaged paintwork and may not be as secure as needed. I hope the company can reimburse us in some way. We feel like our money, time and effort has gone to waste!”

“Lovely, solid wardrobes, came ready to assemble as we have to cope with a stairlift and a dog-leg staircase. Assembly relatively easy though needed two of us, of course. They stand side by side and look great. Lovely delivery men. Thank you, Top Furniture and please thank customer services and your drivers too.”
