“Furniture is ok, delivery is not. You buy bedroom furniture you expect it to be delivered to your bedroom. When my wife said it was to go into the bedroom the delivery people told her to make sure she took the draws out before moving it! We are both retired, my wife is recovering from a broken ankle and I suffer with arthritis, now we have a big bedroom unit blocking the hallway whilst I try and organise some relatives to shift it for us. Also the draws do not come out, they are fitted with Dowling to stop removal. Never had this problem with any other company.”
