“The sales process was easy and straight forward. Next day I received a call to say the chairs were being delivered in 7 days. They later informed us of the delivery time which was met by the delivery men. The chairs are perfect. Yes, the seats are firm but not hard. The construction of the chairs is high quality. “Top Furniture are a superb company. Spoke to a member of their team in Dartford, decided upon the Chelsea Chair in Cream due to it slightly smaller size than iur current ones. The process was quick and easy and we got 10% off as well under a promotion. It was approx 2 week delivery max, but we had a message and pur chased them on Monday, delivered on Thursday. Excellent communication from the team and drivers. I cant fault them and we are very happy with iur new chairs”

“This is a very attractive and solid piece of furniture in a beautiful shade of oak. I very much appreciated it being delivered fully assembled, and your delivery man carrying it upstairs for me. Just a word of warning if you have arthritis in your hands or wrists like me - it is very heavy and I find it hard to pull out from the dining table and put back.”
