“The product is good but the delivery service is appalling I was informed at 09.15 you where going to deliver at approx. 10.00hrs I went into the kitchen for 2mins when I returned I found the box on the step ,no ring on the doorbell drop and run--no thought how I was going to get the box upstairs dreadful customer service”
