“Very happy with the quality of the beds. The company kept me informed on the expected delivery date too. On ordering the beds I noticed the company received good feedback on their delivery drivers also but unfortunately that was not my experience. He arrived with a young boy who would’ve been no help carrying heavy boxes. I offered to help the driver carry the boxes upstairs but he refused when I told him my flat was on the 2nd floor. He told me he would leave the boxes in the entrance hall & I could unpack them & carry them up piece by piece. This is a communal area which he blocked & the only escape should there be a fire. Fortunately I am a fit 57 year old & was able to carry it all upstairs. In summary good beds. Poor delivery”

“Solid, well finished and easy to put together. Looks like it will last for years! Delivery driver called to advise of arrival time, they managed to get the 74kg box upstairs to the room and were really courteous and friendly.”

“So I’ve just bought this bed to complete my farmhouse country bedroom set. Brilliant quality and easy assembly . Extremely quick delivery timescale. Ordered and delivered within a week. Delivery guys were great too. Quick call 30 mins prior to exact delivery time scale. Excellent service with a smile”
