“Purchased: Farmhouse Country Oak Large Triple Oak Wardrobe. I accidentally searched online and found on promotional offer the right wardrobe that I had been searching all these years. I received my furniture order after about 2 and half weeks of placing the order. The delivery personnel left the packaging in our living room. Three people are highly recommended to assemble the furniture. We had to unpack the furniture fittings in 4 stages. Stage 1- the Base of the furniture- it was already assembled but it was very heavy to lift up to the first floor. Stage- 2,3,4 - it is very important to leave each section in it’s own bubble wrap packing as this makes lifting each section on the first floor easier. We made a mistake of unwrapping the cupboard doors section and it was very challenging lifting up to the first floor. The screws that were provided were of consistent size so it was easy to assemble with the Allen key( provided) or electronic drill machine ( not provided) It took under an hour to fully assemble the gigantic masterpiece wardrobe. The feel, touch and make - Top furniture indeed truly excites the sensory experience and compliments the purpose of farmhouse oak furniture in our house. It is very spacious and fills all my clothes and accessories. I give 5 stars for the Farmhouse Oakwood Furniture. Thank you Top Furniture.”

“Good solid piece of furniture. Well packed. Although the top wardrobe assembly is flat packed it is very heavy to manoeuvre. Part of it, the front assembly, comes complete as a frame containing the 3 doors and both sides and internal upright. We have a 90 deg. turn in our staircase and had to disassemble the doors and sides in order to move it. Worth asking for the dimension of this single piece before delivery.”

“I purchased one of these last year and am very happy with it. Unfortunately the new one is not built to the same quality or checking that its ok. Alignment of one of the sections is not correct. Assembly instructions are totally inadiquate with no written procedure which leads to confussion. As i had another I was able to assemble ok but i'm not totally have with this item. I have yet to contact the company as i only built it today. also the company say returns are only acceptable in the original packaging, well it's impossible to remove the items from the packaging without cutting the boxes as the items are extreemly large and heavy. There is not enough room in a normal size bedroom to achieve this. I asked the delivery team to unpack but they said they didn't have time. Dissapointed unfortunatly.”
