“I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of my dressing table which fits perfectly in my new bedroom. Delivery was on time, and the furniture item was very safely packed. Unfortunately, the friendly handlers told me they had left the very heavy box facing the right way so that the drawers would be at the front and the dressing table would be in the right position once unpacked. Sadly they were wrong and it took my son in law and me a lot of manoeuvring to take off the packaging and turn the large item around in the limited space. This could have been very easily remedied had the box been marked correctly with the front and back of the item. Unpacking was a major task, and an impossible one at my age! I'd have paid extra to have the furniture unpacked for me and the massive amount of packaging removed.”

“The dressing table was first class Looks great Just one thing. About the delivery nice and Early but just put in room unpacked as I am 81 This was very difficult had to get someone in To unpack would have been nice to have a option to pay extra. For unpacking but lovely”
