“The bar stools are wonderful, very comfortable and sturdy. We are very pleased with the purchase. The sales team were very helpful as well. This incudes the team that handles the delivery orders in the warehouse. However, the person who actually delivered the chairs was very very rude and not helpful at all. It was not the driver but the passenger/chap who called me on the phone to notify me of the delivery time. He was very rude and when he arrived at my house, he was just as bad. Very impolite, not helpful and just a nightmare to talk to. I had to ask him to leave my property as I had enough talking to him. The driver on the other hand was polite. I tried calling the warehouse, to complain, but unfortunately could not get through.”

“Very happy. I ordered this to replace a bar stool I broke from a different store, and the one I received was identical and in perfect condition. Delivery was great, the men left it on my doorstep as planned. Thank you!”
