“The stools or chairs look great at our kitchen breakfast bar, but only my husband finds them comfortable. I unfortunately find them uncomfortable as the seat isn't really deep enough, which means the end of the seat only reaches the back of my thighs instead of the back of my knees, and at 5'6" I'm not overly tall. My husband is 6ft so it's a mystery as to how he finds the chair comfortable! I did expect the backrest to be quite low as it looks that way on the website and is obviously part of the design, but put that together with the short seat, this stool would probably be better for either a small adult or a child. Very well made and attractive though, but I'll continue to have to stand up to eat for now sorry.”

“I ordered 3 Billy Cream Painted stools. Customer service confirmed my order and arranged delivery immediately in a friendly and very efficient way. The stools arrived exactly as promised. They are solid, attractive and very well made. Unfortunately, the oak seat on one stool had a split. I reported this straight away and the stool was exchanged for a perfect one in the same prompt, efficient and friendly manner. I am very impressed with this company's customer service and product quality and would most definitely order from them again.”
