“Excellent chair, brilliant quality. Delivery was within the 3 hour slot pre given. The driver phoned ahead to let my mother know he was to deliver within the hour. Seamless service from ordering, email to confirm delivery and final delivery. I usually order most furniture from John Lewis. No more, this company really are TOP furniture. Thank you:)”

“To be truthful, the packaging they came in was soaking wet ,after unpacking I sat on the chair it felt a bit damp,was like that for a few days ,but I’ve kept the chairs as they are nice ,but I’d think twice befor ordering anything from you again”

“Excellent customer service. Chairs were delivered with care and well packaged. Unfortunately, there was a small fissure on one of the chair arms but customer service was very responsive and a replacement is being sent. Highly recommend the chair for comfort, the company for transparency and excellent customer service and the speed of delivery (2 days after ordering).”
