“The best customer service I have ever experienced!! Ordered a tv stand yesterday and rang to enquire when it would be delivered. The super helpful lady on the phone found out there was a van in my area this morning and went looking for my order which ordinarily would be processed today (after the van had left). She got my stand added to the delivery and it arrived this morning... less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Yes, I was lucky there was a van in my area today but without the lady on the phone going above and beyond I would have missed it and could have been waiting the standard 10-15 days. The delivery guys were friendly and professional and carried the stand right to the corner of my living room. The tv stand is also exactly what I imagined, good quality, great value and looks perfect in my living room. Top service all round. Thank you guys.”

“Took delivery of my country oak tv unit today and I'm over the moon with it. Quality is excellent, was unsure about ordering it as the price was half the price of some of the other companys but it is excellent and matches the rest of my oak furniture, can highly recommend”
