“We received our oak farmhouse sideboard but it has 2 cracks at the front left and right sides, we contact the shop at Dartford and they asked to send photos. On receive my email and photo they offered a £50 refund if we like to still keep unit , we decided not to have the money but ask for new. We are waiting on replacement after we mite tell you if we are happy once we receive new unit.”

“My sideboard and coffee table arrived on the day and time that it was meant to. The delivery guys were great. Freindly and very helpful. They asked which room I wanted my furniture and was placed. On unwrapping which was fantastic so pleased. There was no damage which was down to the well packaging. I can't take pics as yet as I'm decorating and my furniture is covered up. I will be buying more items from this company. Great prices and communication all the way to and after delivery are spot on”
