“OPEN AND CHECK ITEM THROUGHOUT BEFORE ACCEPTANCE ! Initially company seemed efficient with phone communication. Looks can be deceptive. Arrived with part of drawer missing. When reported defect was totally inefficient with several calls explaining issue. Shipped quickly but replacement would take a week. Cheap Asian imported product for maximum profits. No offer of compensation for inconvenience. Poor quality control. Not good value. Not recommended.”
