“Really disappointed with this product. It was ordered in January and by March it still hadn't arrived so I gave them a call last Tuesday and was told there was an error so they would send it out ASAP and it would be with me within a couple of weeks. I said it was a birthday present for this Sunday so could they get it to me special delivery and they said they can send it by ups but sometimes they have had problems with products chipping or breaking with ups (why not change company if this is the case) so I questioned the quality of the product which is described as solid pine and made to last and the advisor said he would ensure the warehouse staff packed it well and it shouldn't be a problem. It arrived and was very excited to open my present only to find the backrest had snapped in transit and it wasn't hard wearing and solid as described! I will obviously now have to send the product back which is a faff and not something you want to have to do on your birthday weekend. Also I was thinking of buying the matching dining table and chairs but, seeing the quality of this product I will not be doing so now. Really disappointed as it matched my new kitchen. I hope the company will sort this out when I call them.”
