“Not at all happy with the service. I wasn’t at home. The item that is boxed was delivered and left upside down at the enterence of the room blocking the place. My wife has done her back in as she had to move it to another location. We had emptied the space for the delivery people to leave the chest where it should have been. They never bothered to listen and left it in the room. After the opening the box if the item is damaged I will return the item and you will bear the cost of transport. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience that the delivery people have caused me and my wife.”

“If your thinking you will be getting a solid lump of oak table think again it’s oak veneer! Also the clips that are used to keep the table together have already broken.”

“When Top Furniture phones you up to apologise that its taken 3 months to deliver your furniture and they then offer to deliver it in 1 months time and offer to reimburse your delivery charges (£30), DECLINE IT! I have been chasing the refund only to be lied to, have the phone hung up on me, and told conflicting stories each time I've phoned. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.”

“Top Furniture were struggling to deliver my furniture so they offered to reimburse my delivery charges (£30) if I agreed to have my delivery after Christmas. I did agree to this and although my furniture was eventually delivered I never received the refund of the delivery charges as promised. Very poor customer service.”
