“Good evening, I received my order yesterday of the narrow oak bookcase which Simon and Andy delivered. They arrived promptly as arranged over the phone and were very helpful and polite during their visit. A thank you from me to them both as I appreciated their efforts in delivering the item. The bookcase is lovely and fits in nicely on my landing. I will be ordering further bedroom furniture in the future as the items are well made and reasonably priced for the quality of the product. “Very pleased with the quality of my new bookcase, however, when it was delivered by two handlers, they did not offer to take it out of the box for me. It took me quite a long time to l cut open the box and then get it positioned on my own as it is a large heavy item. To improve your customer service more I think the guys could have done that in about 2 mins when it took me about half an hour and a lot of effort on my own. Also, they asked me to sign for it in the box so I couldn't check for any damage until after they left so I had to sign as "unchecked". Fortunately I didn't find any damage but for the price I paid it would not have held them up much to unwrap it for me.”

“I've recently received a slim bookcase and a tallboy ....I'm very pleased with both items, they are well made and stylish. It was so pleasing to receive furniture that was well packed and delivered undamaged . I would recommend and use Top Furniture again.”
