“Very positive service from selecting to purchasing, through to receiving the bed... my only concern was the package was damaged.... but as it turned out there was nothing damaged”

“The grey painted slatted oak double bed looks great in our new bedroom. The bed compliments our room and decor including the fitted wardrobes. Easy to assemble only took 20 minutes to assemble. Very pleased.”

“Unfortunately the headboard was badly cracked and damaged once the packaging was opened. The packaging was also dirty and damaged at the bottom on its arrival. This is very disappointing as it is the first delivery of furniture from Top Furniture and would have liked this to have gone smoothly as it is the first another arriving on Wednesday this week. We wanted to spend the night on a bed today but unfortunately this will not happen today. The customer service team however, were very pleasant when reporting the problem. Hopefully a replacement headboard will be sent soon and we can put up our new bed frame. Just hope we don't have a problem with colour matching the rest of the bed components.”
