“Absolutely great service and quality of furniture. From the start the contact has been very good. From emails to phone calls all people involved have been polite and informative. The delivery man was spot on time expected and friendly. He could have worn a mask in these times. The furniture was very well packed and a great price. “I am very happy with the bedside cupboards and they came well packaged. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery men left both units on my neighbours drive in the snow! Previous delivery men have knocked on door and then brought furniture in to my house. Luckily I spotted them and managed to get them inside without any damage. Glad it was only bedside units and not a wardrobe as I wouldn’t have been able to lift that!! Is this new policy, surely you have complaints about damaged furniture using this delivery method?”
