“I paid full price yet received goods that had clearly been returned by a previous customer, damaged box, damaged dinning bench, full of scratches and damage to the wood, extremely disappointed, made contact with Customer Services before lunch and was promised an email detailing a course of action, seven hours later still waiting for the email! A very unhappy customer.”
