“I ordered 4 Billy stools mid March but unfortunately they were not in stock so had to wait a while for delivery. They arrived very promptly on 20 April but one was damaged. After speaking to the customer support team the matter was resolved within 24 hrs, the only problem being that they did not have any in stok so the nect batch are due on 31 May and delivery will be a couple of weeks agter that. But no complaints service has been excellent and I would recommend Top Furniture without question.”
