“As a beginner I started laying the tiles and noticed that the tiles weren't completely aligned, and I blamed my lack of experience. Only after laying a big part of the floor I noticed that the tiles were DIFFERENT SIZES! Some boxes were 3mm smaller than other boxes. Now my floor will have a bad finish due to the different sizes. I don't recomment the quarry tiles from this shop, despite looking nice, the sizes differ from box to box.”

Hi Juliana I am so sorry you have had this issue with our rustic quarry red tiles, we do state that you should use a larger spacer to allow for the unique nature of these rustic tiles so that when following the tiles laying pattern on the reverse of the tile, this minimises any variation in the joint lines. We do suggest in our tips and guides on the site for any inexperienced person, as you call yourself, that dry laying would identify any issues and you could then have contacted us for free advice or a full refund upon return of the whole order if you were not confident to complete the project. Unfortunately, once the tiles are used we lose all our ability to assist with a refund as the goods cannot be resold as new.

“When I received the tiles to say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. Because I take things at face value they didn't look anything like the photo of them on the description. Unfortunately I had the tile fitters booked for the day that the tiles were arriving so I couldn't do anything about either sending them back or buying different ones. The tiles fitters also said that they were EXTREMELY difficult to cut. Everyone that I sent both the photo on from the website and the photos of the actual tiles agree that they don't look the same. Last night my daughter suggested to take a photo when the kitchen was dark and to do so with the flash on and they did look more like the photo on the website but in my opinion the photo on the website should have been taken in daylight.”

“Disappointed that I ordered in one single lot, yet some tiles are 1-2mm longer. Considering that the gap for tiles are 2mm or 3mm. Just waste my time and effort”

“Firstly let me say that the tiles are exactly the colour we needed and expected. We've made 3 separate purchases from Tile Warehouse, their range and prices are very attractive. Sadly almost an entire box of bone tiles were broken. We ordered prior to the tiler being available and as the tiles arrived on a pallet and heavily wrapped in cling film. I haven't requested a refund/replacement as I'm hoping the broken tiles can be used for end cuts. It's a terrible pity that the delivery company did not take care with the tiles as clearly they are at fault. Bad news for me and bad news for Tile Warehouse”

“This tile colour should have been sage green, but is more like duck egg blue. Would have looked dreadful in the kitchen we are planning. Always look at the actual tiles before buying in bulk. Clearly, not all tile companies know there's a difference between green and blue.”
