“I was reluctant to order tiles on line. However these tiles represented very good value and so this size were not available in local tile stores. I took the plunge. I phoned customer service at 11 am on the agreed delivery date as I had no notification that they had been dispatched. I was told that they had not been sent as they had not been received at their warehouse. I asked them to re deliver the following Monday. Instead they delivered on the Friday before. Luckily my wife was home to accept them. Lovely tiles. Poor customer service.”
