“We needed a maximum 18 tiles and rounded up to 22 on your advice to allow for breakages, so were very disappointed to find that 8 of the tiles were damaged. The damage went from 2 badly damaged and unusable and 6 with small or large chips which we were able to cut to size for the edging. We were however short of one perfect tile for the centre and had to make an alteration to the design. We are pleased with the finished result and the undamaged tiles look good, but this took hours of extra time and we were very close to having to reorder the tiles The tiles were wrapped in cling film and then packed into a fairly lightweight box with very little packaging. which obviously was not sufficient.”

Hi Jenny We do always replace any damages when notified and this is the reason we suggest checking before booking the tiler so we have time to rectify on these rare occasions, we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and i am sure the team will help with replacements if they are still needed or a partial refund if the project is complete as your message implies.

“My very small order for 7 tiles was dealt with very quickly, but unfortunately when it arrived several tiles were chipped, having been shaken around in the box. My call, reordering, was dealt with politely and apologetically, and the replacement tiles arrived extremely quickly and were better wrapped and therefore unchipped.”
