“For me, thiis delicious sauce has become a ' pantry staple '. I do not buy many premade items and so this will tell you something about how useful and tasty we find this. it's very useful as on those days when everything is in a rush, you know that you can achieve a really tasty meal very quickly by cooking a few vegetables and adding as much of a jar of sauce you might need .If you only use part of the jar, replace the lid on the jar and keep the remainder in the fridge, I can not tell you how long it will keep like this as it never stays in the fridge more than a day in my house ) . This sauce can be used with vegetables, chicken, fish ( although I would this it might need a fairly firm fish that has a reasonable taste ) or paneer. It can be added in a smaller amount to a savory vegetable rice or hot just used for a dipping sauce for some pokora or bhajee. As you can tell I find it very useful .”

“I used this sauce as a base for a slow cooker lamb curry. I added sweet potato, butternut squash, potato, tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic and a little more curry powder. I did this as I thought the added liquid would reduce the intensity of the Makhani Tomato Curry Sauce. I needn’t have worried as the whole thing was very tasty and I’m so happy the sauce worked in a slow cooker. Great purchase and I will definitely buy this sauce again.”
