“One of the worst insurance experiences of my life. This company are an absolute rip off. After agreeing to insure my van with them and they took my money the threatening bullying email demands started. The emails are worded thus “You will send this, this and this. Failure to do so will result in us cancelling your insurance and imposing exorbitant cancellation fees for something they never asked for when taking the insurance out. I finally decided to cancel the insurance after selling my van and will never insure through them again. Even then after genuinely selling the van and providing evidence they deducted a further £65 for cancelling the policy. Insure with this crowd at your peril”
