“More than buissness insurance easy to sum up rubbish service. Was quick no trouble taking my money than received letter in post asking for v5 , drivers licence and no claims bonus .Saying that if they did not recive they would cancel policy . Sent forms to the email address in plenty of time. Phoned them next day to make sure all was ok and the gentleman at the other end said all was fine. A week later a letter saying they had canceled policy.Phoned them up for them to say they had not revived and had no log of my phone call . The worst thing was I was driving with out insurance and believed I did . In the time of email and phones this online rubbish company sent me a letter to inform me what's worse on time of letter I'd been driving 3 days with out insurance.”
“Is the worse insurance I ever chose. They cancel my policy and they don't pay my money back. I am still waiting for my money. They told me that they can't give me my money. They said I have to go to the bank to make a bank indemnity claim to get my money. Is been one week ago now and I am still waiting for my money. This is rediculous. I call them yesterday 10 times and they don't answer the phone. They seems very busy because they probably know my number by calling them many times to find out what's wrong with my money. Never again more than business”
