I have had this running on a Raspberry Pi 4 for several months without any glitches. It acts as a gateway for an experimental LoRa weather station and other experimental sensors. The data is forwarded along with the GPS data to The Things Network server. It is not the easiest of devices to set up and configure, but once running it functions well as a LoRaWan gateway.

It works well enough but the reference material is absolutely appalling unless you want to use _hal software. I wanted to use Basicstation and it took hours and hours to get it going due to such a small user base of gateways. Definitely needs more instructions for different platforms and uses. I couldn’t find any info about how to use the GPS either and what functionality it offers

The board has GPS, but the PPS signal is only sent to the LoRaWAN board. With gpsd, he gps chip is identified as a u-blox, yet it clearly is not & the output seems to be binary & cannot be switch to nmea. The software has not been updated in over 4 years & does not work with the latest kernels. Not sure what to do now since I do not know if it works & yet I need it. The software has a chip_id program, but it uses the old method of exporting gpio chips which is no longer available.
