“I don't think the hat has the correct POGO pins for the power connection I think they should have more point .I found I had to fill the mating via holes with solder to get a 5 volt connection to the hat from the pi zero power.”
“Works with both nmcli and qmicli, although all internet posts advise qmicli I found using nmcli & a bash script to take down the wwan and enable raw
(i.e. "echo 'Y' | sudo tee /sys/class/net/wwan0/qmi/raw_ip")
Works well for me”
