“A very nice little device at a good price. It's not plug'n'play, but just took a few minutes to set up (on Bookworm, at least). I'd give it 5 stars but for a couple of minor gripes:
* If the PCB were just a millimetre narrower it'd fit on my Pi 4 and the lid would close over it for protection when not in use, but the edge furthest from the USB and network ports interferes with the case clips. So nearly lovely!
* The screen is too small for the touch functionality or the on-screen keyboard to be usable without a fine stylus. Probably would have been better to leave the touch off and save a few pounds, given that a mini wireless keyboard/touchpad can be had for well under £10. I need to work out how to disable the on screen keyboard as it keeps popping up when using a USB keyboard, obscuring half the screen.
* By default, it comes up in portrait mode, which is too narrow for many purposes. Quite easily changed, but just another unnecessary step in the set-up.”
“Great screen at a really good price. It is so easy to setup and use. I wasn't even looking for touchscreen ability - but as this has it built-in anyway - it makes it even better.”
