“This is a GREAT board if you want an rPi to run with PoE power only. Just be aware of the limited amps available through PoE when you start attaching things to it. Also, don't do what I did and buy the board without the case. NO ONE sells the case by itself (although they DO sell the case for the IO Board WITHOUT PoE. I had to contact WaveShare directly to get a case. Luckily they were quite accommodating.”
