“Really easy to use, it's Bright and has both connector and solder points. I made a wordle game, upgrading it from 1.3 pico display, and the change was pretty much plug and play. The bytearray size does give limitations within the program, but that is down to the resolution of the display”
“I bought this display and 1.54" E-Ink Display module to evaluate them for a project I have been working on.
I bought a smaller display elsewhere and was very disappointed in the quality, especially when displaying characters. I found this display very clear and sharp. I tested this display by connecting it to a Teensy 3.2 using Arduino code examples from Waveshare. I now have this display connected to a Raspberry pi pico and have the modified code downloaded from the Waveshare website to make it work. I have also tried a larger Font than comes with the code and also made a different character that does not come in the standard ASCII character set.”
“Bought as part of a birthday present and the recipient seems very happy as he's now disappeared into the back bedroom to play with his new toys. Update - he really likes this!”
