So pleased with these. Much easier to get up and running with the provided software (plus my own Python) than I was expecting. I now have handshaked LoRa messages between a Pi Zero in my garage (running off a 12v battery, which monitors the door), and another Pi Zero W in my house (connected via WiFi to my LAN). Whenever the garage door is opened, I get an email and SMS notification. The garage is 50m away, and the LoRa signal has to travel through 2 brick walls; it has not missed a message yet. Highly recommended.

Got the wrong one - does not do LoraWan, at least I don't think it does. Oh well, I got one, that's something.

Maybe I've jumped into the deep end, but I don't know if this does what I hoped. I wanted to receive and attempt to decode 868 signals issued by some devices in my house. The documentation and test scripts don't make this clearer. Very easy to follow instructions to install and then the first thing you can make it do is....

Came quickly, am now implementing it for some sensors in the back of my garden. Together with PiJuice and solar panel.

Not impressed, so far unable to even get started with the devices, have been to the Waveshare support Wiki at which point it suggested i need to buy 2 to 3 of these before I can get stared with the examples ... no chance. I am staring to wade through Google/TTN etc to try and find out how to get this thing working. I had wanted to qucikly evaluate this on a Respberry pi/Arduno as low power network solution, but need some assistance

An affordable and good quality product. It was used for point-to-point communication between a Windows PC and Raspberry Pi. Setting up the LoRa was really easy. The instructions on the wiki website were very helpful and well explained.
