I have now installed it on a Raspberry Pi 4.
Attaching the infrared modules was fiddley with my sausage fingers, but easy!
Now have it running under Raspbian, and just looking through the code so I can play with the day/night features!”
“Interesting camera. Good image quality at daytime. Tried to use this outdoors in an aluminium case (lens cover made of glass) but ir-led's are not powerful enough. Seems to be impossible to use this in total darkness outdoors. Might work better indoors. I glued ir led overs straight to the glass surface but did not change it. But ir cut function is easy to use with a simple python script. By changing the filter to night mode you can at least extend your day as it takes decent images in pretty low light. Still consider this worth buying.”
