I connected it to an ATTiny85 microcontroller instead of a Raspberry Pi, so it could hang on a tree. It's really colourful!

This looks great sitting on my Pi zero2 and works well ( a Pizero proved a little slow for the light patterns i wanted with lots of random calls ). It will be centre table running off my Anker battery - with the option of changing patterns from my Raspberry pi phone app - and with ssh from my PC, the grandchildren can help me define new patterns.

Easy to assemble, all the instructions you need can be found on the website. Brings a nice bit of Christmas cheer to my otherwise dreary office

Since my mother passed away, my father and I have discovered a mutual love of all things Raspberry Pi, Python and Linux. What better excuse to spend two hours on the phone on Christmas eve, than to discuss the best way to get RGB LEDs to twinkle at just the right speed and brightness? Thank you, Pi Hut!

Easy to assemble, bright and colourful, encouraging my young sons to take the example programs and start creating their own patterns.

Love this product, I was ordering components for a Christmas gift for someone else and saw this and thought I needed a Christmas treat too. It is very easy to program nice looking patterns. The only thing that threw me off was the order of the LEDs with the indexing. But other than that brilliant product.

It is lovely. I've used it on a RPi 4 and a RPi 3B. I've got a Pi Zero W to migrate it to next. I wasn't aware that non-integer values wouldn't work, which means each LED supports 7 colours (plus OFF). With 25 LEDs, this still allows for small yet beautiful light displays.
