“I needed a UART logger with sufficient storage and this was the cheapest option I found.
This works but only with specific microSD cards, make sure you buy the Sandisk ones it points you towards!
The getting started process requires you plug the microSD card directly into your laptop or with a card adpater, I say directly as I was trying to use the logger USB-C connection at first, but that is read only (always) as far as I could tell.
You need to run the windows diskpart program, this requires admin rights and access to write to USB which not eveyone has if you have work laptop. Once the diskpart bit is done, it worked ok (just not with the Integral microSD cards I bought at first).
If only the codebase was shared somewhere, I feel changes should be made to make it work with more microSD cards to be more useful!”
“Not been used yet as my house has been in uproar getting a new gas boiler fitted and it will take me some time to get things going again.
One thing I would like is a book with lots of the pi hut products complete with proofread software programmes beside them. I realise this is like grabbing for the moon but I get completely lost using github.”
