Not only are you able to to connect to devices through the micro usd and HDMI ports, you can connect to it through wi-fi without any additional components. The Pi Hut did a great job of getting it to me quickly and in great condition. Thank you.”

The only "major" hurdle has been the lack of availability for a native (Raspberry Pi OS) 64-bit version of the OS. The common Ubuntu version has not yet been released either for 64 bit (there's only a hack to force-use the version for RPi 4/400, but a bit of a headache). Only Manjaro seems to have native 64-bit versions readily available, although I didn't try it on this version of the Pi. I've had some issues with Manjaro in the past on other RPis, so it is not my first choice (I might try it later on a second RPiZ2). For users who are just starting with RPi, there isn't a meaningful need for the 64-bit version, but more advanced users might need it.
In my case, an error by the Ubuntu team caused issues with Docker (which I needed to use PiHole as a container), and that made me lose a few days and ultimately wait for a patch and flash the SD card from scratch. That's only software and cannot be blamed on the hardware. I mention it in case somebody considers following the same path.
On the service/commercial side, I must say I'm very pleased with the effectiveness of "The Pi Hut". I will use them again for future needs!”
