The unit I ordered was shipped out promptly after I placed the order but was then stuck in Frankfurt for 2 weeks. I contacted someone at PiHut and they said if the product didn't move soon they'd send out a courier to fetch it and make sure it went out. This was for a single PiZero so my order didn't represent huge profits for PiHut, but they handled it very professionally. Shortly after I contacted support the tracking showed the item had made it to the western hemisphere and shortly after that it was in my hands, working flawlessly.”
