“I was happy when RPI-0 got upgraded with RPI-3 SoC. I not want to say RPI-0 is bad as it has less power requirement than RPI-0V2W and is suitable to even bare metal Circuit Python images.
On day one i was unable to get hands on this little computer as by popularity, it was sold out in seconds hehe.
Finally in 2023 two years after its release i got my hands on this version.
I am little disappointed by the fact RPI developer bundles this one with only 512Mb RAM while the Base model of RPI-3 has 1Gb RAM.
I understand that RAM is under SoC on pi zero2 and i hope RPI dev will make another one in the future that will have more RAM versions.
I like small PC and RPI-0v2W is must have :)”
“I've had a Pi Zero 2 for some time and have been impressed with its performance. I could not wait for the 2W to arrive. sadly the wireless performance seems to be well below that of the original Pi Zero W to the extent that I am unable to swap out my original with the new one.
Otherwise it's the usual high quality product.”
“I was on the waiting list for the availability of this device. Got a notification of availability, ordered it, and got it delivered promptly.
I've created a web page kiosk for a local community centre, which displays analogue and digital clock and times of events...With it having Wifi access, I can update things remotely - a very useful device!”
